Bestcare Movers accepts payment through the major channels used by clients across Nairobi and Kenya. M-Pesa is the primary mobile money option and is widely used by both individual and corporate clients for its speed and accessibility. Bank transfers are accepted for clients who prefer direct banking transactions, and are the standard method for corporate clients settling invoices against purchase orders.
Card payments are accepted where the client’s bank and the transaction amount are compatible with available card processing facilities. For clients paying in person at the Bestcare Movers offices, both cash and card options are available.
The Payment Schedule
Bestcare Movers operates a two-stage payment schedule for most moves. A deposit — clearly stated in the quote and service agreement — is required to confirm the booking and reserve the moving date. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation, in accordance with the terms and conditions communicated at the time of booking.
The balance is payable on completion of the move — after offloading is complete, the inventory check is signed, and the client has confirmed satisfactory delivery. Payment is not required before offloading begins at the destination.
Payment Receipts
Bestcare Movers issues a payment receipt for every transaction. Receipts for M-Pesa payments are generated immediately by the M-Pesa system and confirmed by Bestcare Movers’ accounts team. Receipts for bank transfers and card payments are issued within the same business day as the confirmed transaction.
